Hooray!

Ambermania has once again struck Chicago, and it's been a great weekend so far. We spent some time Friday at the Shedd Aquarium, and it was really great. I had never been before. The building alone is cool to see. It was built in the thirties for the 1933 World's Fair, though it has been updated considerably in the meantime. For locals, assuming you only want to go to the main floor aquarium, it's cheaper than a movie. Really fun.

We also had some great food, had some drinks, and got me a new pair of shoes. That's big. I haven't bought a pair of shoes in years. Then we saw this show:

Improvised Shakespeare at i.O. What a blast. One of the funniest shows I have seen in a very long time. It's been a while since I've gotten really excited about an improv show, but this one did it for me. Hilarious.
Anyway, fun times had by all.
